The Hashmi Group ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are applicable for our services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
Refund Eligibility:
The refund policy is applicable only for the first month's subscription amount. If you are not satisfied with our services during the first month of your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund as described below.
Refund Amount:
The Hashmi Wallet will refund 100% of the total subscription package amount to the client. The Hashmi Wallet is a feature available on The Hashmi Group's website. The refunded amount can only be used to avail other services offered by The Hashmi Group at that time, equivalent to or less than the refunded amount.
Process for Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at admin@thehashmigroup.com or phone +919311353705 within the first month of your subscription.
2. Provide your account details and a brief explanation of your reason for seeking a refund.
3. The Hashmi Group will review your request and eligibility for a refund.
4. If your refund request is approved, the 100% refund amount will be credited to your Hashmi Wallet within [90] business days.
Exclusions:
Refunds are subject to the following exclusions:
- The Hashmi Group will not refund any amount if the client fails to provide the due diligence documents required throughout the first month of the subscription.
- If the client has utilized any services of The Hashmi Group using the Hashmi Wallet, the refunded amount cannot be claimed as a cash payout and can only be used for availing other services within The Hashmi Group.
Liability:
If a refund is approved, The Hashmi Group's liability will be limited to the 100% refund amount of the total subscription package. The Hashmi Group shall not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the client.
